Framr Player is developed and published by Profit Flux.

This Privacy Policy explains how Framr Player collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Framr Player may process the following types of information:

Local videos selected by the user:
Framr Player can access videos that you choose from your device, or videos available through Android media permissions. These videos are used only to play, scrub, inspect, and optionally save frames inside the app. Framr Player does not upload your video files to Profit Flux servers.

Direct video links:
If you paste or share a direct video stream URL into Framr Player, the app uses that URL to play the video stream. Framr Player does not download videos from social platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and view any linked content.

App usage and diagnostics:
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app performance, crashes, errors, device type, app version, operating system version, and general usage events. This helps us improve stability and user experience.

Advertising data:
The free version of Framr Player may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and related data according to Google’s advertising policies.

Purchase information:
If you buy Framr PRO, the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. Framr Player receives purchase status and product information necessary to unlock PRO features. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

App integrity and fraud prevention:
Framr Player may use Google Play Integrity services to help prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access to paid features.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:
– provide video playback and frame-by-frame controls;
– enable PRO features after a valid Google Play purchase;
– show ads in the free version;
– diagnose crashes and improve app stability;
– understand general app usage and performance;
– prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers used by the app:
– Google Firebase Analytics;
– Google Firebase Crashlytics;
– Google AdMob;
– Google Play Billing;
– Google Play Integrity.

These services process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

4. Local Video Files

Videos selected from your device remain on your device unless you choose to share or export something yourself. Framr Player does not automatically upload your videos to Profit Flux servers.

5. Frame Export

If you use frame export, Framr Player may save an image frame to your device storage or media library. This action is initiated by you.

6. Legal Use of Content

You should only use Framr Player with videos you own, have permission to view, or are legally allowed to access. Do not use Framr Player to bypass paywalls, access controls, copyright restrictions, platform terms, or local law.

7. Data Security

We use service providers that transmit data over secure connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Framr Player does not create user accounts.

Local videos and exported frames remain under your control on your device. You can delete them using your device storage or gallery apps.

Analytics, crash, advertising, billing, and integrity data may be retained by Google services according to their own retention policies.

9. Children

Framr Player is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
